Trusted Flooring Installers in Clark County, WA
Project SK is a flooring and coatings company built around precision, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing things right. We provide professional flooring and concrete coating solutions for homeowners and businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest.

For us, the finished product is only part of the experience. Clear communication, attention to detail, a clean jobsite, and a well-managed process matter just as much. From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, our goal is simple: deliver quality work and an experience our clients can trust.
At Project SK, we believe great spaces start with great surfaces. Where Performance Meets Design.
Founder of Project SK
Dmitriy SK
I came to the U.S. at age 3 and grew up learning the trades from my dad, a plumber who taught me the value of hard work. From a young age, I was on job sites, gaining real-world experience in construction.
After high school, I moved to Hawaii to renovate hotels, learning every part of the process from demolition to final punch-out. When I returned to Washington, I started Project SK, focusing on flooring and eventually expanding into remodeling, restoration, and specialty coatings.
Over the years, Project SK has continued to grow and evolve into a detail-driven company built around quality workmanship, trust, and doing things the right way. My goal has always been to build a business people can rely on while continuing to raise the standard of the work we provide.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports and spending time with my wife, our son, and close family. Providing for them and building something meaningful through Project SK is what drives me every day.
Mission Statement
At Project SK, our mission is to bring precision, quality, and efficiency to the flooring and coatings industry. We are driven by craftsmanship, trust, and a commitment to doing things right. Every detail matters, every project deserves our full attention, and excellence is the standard.
